Before Your Session
Intake Form
Fill out the online intake from your appointment confirmation email.
If you can’t get to it, you can do it at the clinic, but make sure to arrive 10 minutes prior.
Completing it beforehand helps your therapist be more prepared and deliver you a better session.
Stay Hydrated and Limit Food
Keep well hydrated before and after your session for the best results, and try not to eat any heavy meals for the hour before your appointment.
What to Wear
Make sure to wear short, shorts and a sports bra, tank top or t-shirt.
We always appreciate people coming smelling fresh so don’t hesitate on taking that pre-treatment shower.
What To Expect
Sessions are approximately one hour long and you may experience some pain during the treatment.
We don’t try to inflict pain on purpose and if we do it’s the minimum amount necessary to achieve the result we are getting after.
After Your Session
Can You Go Back To Exercising or Training?
Good question. Make sure to discuss this with your chosen Therapist during your session to plan around a busy training schedule, otherwise, it’s always best to take the rest of the day off and let your body recover.
Feeling Sore or Slight Discomfort
It is typical to feel slight discomfort and soreness after your session.
Soreness for a couple days after treatment is completely normal as w’ve activated or worked on muscles that aren’t used to activity. Eventually as you progress the soreness will also decrease.
Keeping the Changes
A session is essentially a mini workout, so it’s best to leave with a recovery mindset.
Stay consistent with your fluid intake to assist in the recovery of your complaint areas and to help your body stay hydrated.
Same applies to sleep, try your best to get a good night’s rest following your treatment to reap the most benefits and help your body heal.

Krish is a magician. He is the only person I go to for rehabilitation work on my body. I go twice a month so I can stay ahead of injuries while competing in strongman.
During your session, he is hands on the full-time and his sole goal is so you don’t return, unless you are still injured. Krish knowledge and skills surpass any others and you aren’t doing yourself any favors unless you book an appointment right now.

Krish is a life changer. After coming across his instagram @kin.consulting and hearing nothing but good news from fellow gym goers, I finally bit the bullet and booked a appointment. I suffer from a stiff neck, shoulder pain, tension headaches and some mobility concerns. Also doesn’t help I have desk job too. The initial session was awesome. Krish is a very easy going personal guy and makes it easy to talk to him and voice my issues. He listened tentatively and had a game plan in no time to fix me up.
I went through a heated stone massage, blading, cupping, stretches and leg compressions. And targeted all my problem areas. Plus going over my chest because we had some extra time. Awesome. He was very Informative as well. There is some aftercare to be aware of, and ensured me what to expect over the next few days. After a day or so my body hasn’t felt this great in a long time. Kin Consulting is the single best treatment facility I have ever been to – after clocking in hundreds of treatments in physiotherapy and RMT clinics I became disillusioned with sports medicine as the costly regiments seldom delivered relief that lasted more than a few hours, let alone a few days.
